Legal And Child Labour Eradication
This is the Centre’s legal department. The unit is headed by a qualified Lawyer who handles all legal issues pertaining to the work of the Centre. In particular, the Centre provide legal services to children whose rights have been infringed on by their parents and guardians. The Centre usually files for enforcement of the rights of the children to be enrolled into schools. In most communities especially in the north, parents have refused to allow their children to be enrolled in schools and insisted on sending them to hawk or beg for alms on the streets.
